Manage pipe tables
Pipe Tables define nominal sizes, inside diameters, fitting equivalent lengths, and related properties used in hydraulic calculations. Access pipe tables through the Component Library.
HASS Books (default pipe tables)
Default pipe tables are provided in the Standard Pipe Table Book, which includes pages A through P. Default books are read-only but can be copied into My Books.
A page view displays:
- Page metadata — name, shorthand, material, C-Factor, and description.
- Fitting shorthand and directional behavior.
- Size and fitting values.
Darcy toggle
The Darcy toggle switches the page view between calculation methods.
Toggle OFF for Hazen-Williams values. Toggle ON for Darcy-Weisbach values, which also shows the DWRC in the page header.
My Books (user pipe tables)
User pipe table books are editable. You can create a new book from scratch, import from a .PIP file, copy an existing book, or allow HASS Cloud to auto-add a pipe table when you import an .sdf file.
Toolbar actions within a user book include + New Page, Share, Edit, Copy, and Delete.
