Data input warnings reference

Use this reference to identify HASS Cloud data input warnings by name and apply the recommended action. These warnings appear in Data Input Tables as you enter system data.

Duplicate tag

• Type: Frontend validation
• Location: SDF editing table cell + Issues panel
• Cause: Node/pipe tag duplicates another item
• What to do: Make tag unique

Empty required tag

• Type: Frontend validation
• Location: Editing table cell
• Cause: Required tag field left blank
• What to do: Enter a valid tag

Missing/invalid node reference

• Type: Frontend validation
• Location: Pipe/source node reference cells
• Cause: Reference points to missing node
• What to do: Fix node references

Self-referencing pipe warning

• Type: Frontend warning
• Location: Pipe start/end node cells
• Cause: Pipe starts/ends at same node
• What to do: Correct endpoints

Invalid fitting-code format

• Type: Frontend validation
• Location: Pipe fitting-codes cell
• Cause: Unsupported code format/characters
• What to do: Use valid fitting code format

Fitting code not available for selected page/size

• Type: Frontend warning
• Location: Pipe fitting-codes cell
• Cause: Code not valid in selected page/diameter context
• What to do: Choose available fitting codes or update table data

Invalid numeric format

• Type: Frontend validation
• Location: Any numeric cell
• Cause: Non-numeric input in numeric field
• What to do: Enter numeric value

Required numeric field empty

• Type: Frontend validation
• Location: Required numeric cells
• Cause: Required value missing
• What to do: Enter required value

Duplicate coordinates warning

• Type: Frontend warning
• Location: Node coordinate/elevation fields
• Cause: Multiple nodes share same location
• What to do: Confirm or adjust coordinates
